Coconut Lemon Rice

1 can
coconut milk1 can
basmati rice1 can
hot water½
lemon
Put the can of coconut milk in a hot pan.
Fill the can with rice and add to the milk.
Fill the can with hot water and add to the pan.
Cut the end off the half lemon and sit in the middle of the pan.
Cover and cook till rice is tender.
Take out the lemon and squeeze the juice over the rice and serve.
