Creamy Summer Pasta Salad

pasta shapes- Any cold vegetables, e.g.:
- tiny broccoli florets
- diced cucumber
- finely diced red pepper
- sliced black olives
- very thinly sliced spring, white or red onion
- roughly chopped mangetout or sugar snap peas
- cooked and cooled sweetcorn
- cooked and cooled peas
½ cup
mayonnaise2 tsp
white wine or plain vinegar½ tsp
kosher salt or to taste½ tsp
freshly ground black pepper½ tsp
sugar
Cook the pasta according to directions
Once done, run under cold water and add to the bowl
Add all the vegetables
In a small bowl mix the dressing ingredients til smooth
Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well
