ripe tomatoes4 cloves
garlic2½ tsp
lime juice2 tsp
fresh coriander leaf½ tsp
salt (or to taste)1
chilli pepper (deseeded)1 tsp
ground black pepper (or to taste)½
green bell pepper1 tbsp
tomato puree
Finely chop all ingredients and mix.
Refrigerate for 30 mins for flavours to combine
