Kofta kebabs. Great for barbeques.
500g
beef mince1
onion, finely chopped1
free-range egg1 tsp
ground coriander1 tsp
ground cumin1 tsp
paprika½ tsp
chilli½ tsp
ground turmericpinch
ground cinnamon- pita bread
- salad
Soak four kebab sticks in cold water.
Preheat the grill to hot.
Combine the ingredients in a large bowl until thoroughly mixed.
Make the mixture into four thick sausage shapes and thread onto the skewers.
Grill for 8-10 minutes, turning frequently.
Serve with pitta bread and salad.
