Orange Chicken

boneless chicken thighs1 tbsp
cornflour in¼ cup of cold water3 tbsp
soy sauce- cornflour to coat
1 tsp
ginger, grated2 cloves
garlic, grated2 tbsp
soy sauce1 tsp
cornflour in¼ cup of cold water1 cup
orange juice2 tsp
rice wine vinegar1 tbsp
soft brown sugarpinch
red chili pepper flakes
Put the soy and cornflour slurry into a bowl
Chop the thighs into bite size pieces and add to the bowl
Marinade for 10 mins
Remove from the marinade and coat in cornflour
Fry in shallow oil until golden brown
Remove to a kitchen paper lined plate to drain
Mix all the ingredients together & whisk well
Put the chicken back into a little oil in a clean pan and reheat
Pour in the sauce mixture and stir to coat
Keep mixing gently til the sauce is thick and sticky
Serve immediately
